Our story

Built by an interpreter, for the gaps interpreters see every day.

Omni LPN is a language-access technology and training company. We started from 16 years of clinical interpreting — and we're building the tools and training the field always needed.

The beginning

Sixteen years inside clinical interpreting.

For 16 years, the work was the same: step into a clinical encounter, bridge two languages, and carry the weight of getting it right. Over time, the same problems kept appearing — organizations couldn't find the right interpreter at the right time, and the professionals involved never had access to proper medical Spanish training.

Omni LPN was created to solve both. Not as an agency offering interpretation by the hour, but as a company building the technology and the training that make language access reliable at scale.

Our position

A technology and training company, not an agency.

Omni LPN is a language-access technology and training company with two core pillars: the OnCall language-access platform — whose flagship product is OnCall QuickResponse™ (Patent Pending), with an interpreter side called OnCall for Interpreters — and the Spanish for Healthcare Professionals training suite.

Direct interpretation and translation services are offered selectively — by request, not as our focus. Our work is building the systems and the skills that make language access work without us in the room.

What we believe

Principles behind the build.

Built from experience

Every product decision comes from real clinical interpreting, not assumptions about what healthcare needs.

Speed matters most under pressure

Language access fails in urgency. Our platform is built to move fast when it matters most.

People and technology together

Software alone isn't enough; neither is training alone. Language access needs both, built as one system.

Healthcare-specific, always

Generic tools fail in clinical settings. Everything we build is purpose-built for healthcare contexts.
